How it works

Three steps to getting paid, without lifting the phone

Nudge is built for busy people who'd rather be working than chasing. Here's what happens from the moment you add an invoice to the moment the money lands.

  1. Add your invoices

Add the invoices you've already sent: the customer's name, how much they owe, the due date and how they'd like to be contacted. It takes about a minute each.

Got a stack of old ones? Add them all at once and Nudge will work out which ones are overdue and need a reminder first.

  2. Choose your tone

Every business is different. A café owner chasing a regular is going to sound different to a builder chasing a big job. Pick a tone that suits you: gentle, firm, or somewhere in between.

Then choose when reminders go out. A common setup is a friendly heads-up before the due date, a nudge on the day, and a firmer follow-up a week later.

  3. Get paid

Your customer gets a short, polite message with the invoice details and your payment info. No guilt trips, no legal jargon, just a clear reminder that's easy to act on.

When they pay, mark it off and Nudge lets you know. Your dashboard shows what's paid, what's on its way and what still needs a hand.
